Notes: | This structure forms the apse of the church. The exterior course of stone sis made of limestone blocks but the interior course consists of ceramic tiles and concrete like mortar. The bottom elevation represents the current excavated level inside the church next to the wall. Later Note (2016/06/17): The excavation of fill deposits 1039 and 1042 in the apse formed by Wall 926 revealed two cuts on the interior of the wall (west side) that were likely used during the construction of the church for scaffolding. The south cut is at H 85.00 and the north cut is at H 84.84. | |
